THE CORPORATION

A parent company with an operating role.

Kreative Koncepts Inc. is a parent, management, and venture development corporation based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our focus is the creation, acquisition, development, ownership, and management of businesses and business assets.

Our corporate mandate connects the decisions that shape a business: what to build, what to buy, how to operate, and where to commit capital. Each opportunity requires a clear market, an accountable operator, and a financial case that holds up under scrutiny.

The parent’s role extends beyond forming an entity or establishing a brand. It involves setting direction, weighing competing uses of capital, reviewing operating performance, and deciding when a business should expand, change course, or exit.

Different markets require different operating decisions. Our approach pairs distinct business identities with common standards for financial reporting, management accountability, and the use of company resources.

02

THE PARENT’S WORK

Development, management, and ownership.

Develop the business

Research a market, test demand, work out the economics, and organize the people and resources needed to launch. An acquisition starts with the same questions, followed by a review of the existing company’s records, liabilities, and ability to operate after a sale.

Manage the organization

Set budgets, appoint accountable operators, review results, and coordinate shared administrative work. The management approach keeps customer delivery close to the operating business and places major commitments under parent oversight.

Own and maintain value

Hold ownership interests and oversee how business assets are acquired, used, maintained, and eventually sold. Value should come from useful businesses and dependable earnings, supported by clear ownership records and transferable operations.

OWNERSHIP & OPERATIONS

Distinct businesses. Defined responsibilities.

VENTURE SELECTION

A business needs more than a name.

Before a company is launched or purchased, the case for it should answer four practical questions.

Will customers pay?

Define the customer, the problem, the competing options, and evidence that the proposed offer is worth buying. Interest alone is not proof of demand.

Can it support its costs?

Include delivery costs, staffing, insurance, working capital, taxes, and the management time the business will consume. Revenue is only the starting point.

Who will run it?

Identify an operator with the time, skills, and authority to do the work. A company that depends on the parent’s founder for every decision is not ready to scale.

What can go wrong?

Determine the regulatory requirements, cash exposure, contractual commitments, and potential harm to customers or other businesses before committing capital.

LONG TERM OWNERSHIP

Build businesses that can stand on their own.

The objective is a group of businesses whose value does not depend on one person handling every task.

Documented operations, reliable financial records, clear asset ownership, and delegated management authority make a business easier to oversee, finance, and transfer.

Our economic model centers on ownership returns and compensation for defined management services. Internal fees do not create group value on their own. The underlying business must generate customer revenue, support its operating costs, and justify the capital committed to it.

Growth decisions must account for working capital, management capacity, debt obligations, and execution risk. Improving an existing operation can be a better use of resources than adding another company. Long term ownership calls for continued review of performance and future capital needs.
